The Caddx Farsight brings something analog FPV has never had: real zoom. It combines optical, digital and AI processing into a hybrid 1–8x zoom you drive from a switch on your radio, with none of the focus lag of a traditional zoom lens. Punch in on a distant target mid-flight, then snap straight back to 1x with a reset switch.
Underneath the zoom is a genuinely good camera — a large 1/2" sensor sensitive down to 0.01 lux, 1500TVL of horizontal resolution and a wide 122.5° 4:3 view. The camera module itself stays a standard micro 19x19mm cube that fits almost any frame; the processing lives in a separate AI Box, so you keep normal camera mounting. Output is plain CVBS, so it drops into any analog VTX you already own.
Built for long-range scouting, industrial inspection, wildlife observation and search-and-rescue work, where seeing detail at distance matters more than raw latency.

Compatibility
- Power: 9-24V only - it will not start on a 5V camera pad. Use the FC's 9V/10V pad or battery voltage up to 5S (a full 6S pack at 25.2V is over the limit; use a BEC on 6S).
- Zoom control needs a spare flight-controller output set to PWM (servo/LED pad mapped to a radio switch), or any receiver PWM channel.
- Space: camera fits 19mm mounts; the 33.5mm AI Box mounts separately - fits a 30.5x30.5 stack-sized space on 5-10" frames.
- Analog only - any analog VTX and analog goggles. Not a thermal camera.
