Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from AeroFlow. Please review our return and refund terms below.

Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Due to the nature of FPV/RC electronics, items that show signs of use, soldering, binding, or firmware modification are not eligible for return.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aeroflow.in with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items: Batteries, used/flown items, and custom or made-to-order builds (including configurator/DIY builds) are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

How to initiate a return: Email info@aeroflow.in with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.
